We do not offer refunds at this time. Please make sure that you have chosen your correct/desired size prior to placing your order.  

If your item is lost or stolen, please send an email to poreesellc@gmail.com with proof of the stolen item; we will investigate and a decision will then be made if the item will be replaced at that time.  Investigations without proof can take between 5- 30 days.
